Easter Sunday

Here are some pics of our first Easter overseas.

I managed to keep the tradition of dying eggs thanks to a friend passing along a dye kit (I totally overlooked liquid food coloring when packing.) Matthew enjoyed watching me dye the eggs while he stuck the stickers that came with the dye all up and down his arms.

We had a special time remembering what Christ did for us through His death and resurrection. Matthew has been learning Bible stories one by one, and now the "Jesus hurt story" is part of his collection. We worshipped together with some friends, and shared a meal together (BBQ, chips, deviled eggs, etc.)

Of course, it wouldn't be Easter without the dress, right? During our photo shoot we learned that Matthew is able to smile on demand....

...when bribed with candy!
