First Sentence
Both kids are growing by leaps and bounds in their communicative ability. Anna has a pile of words, a few in the local language, and a few phrases she uses (mostly ones Matthew has taught her.) Matthew narrates our life and shares suprisingly deep and insightful thoughts with us. But today is a new celebration: Matthew said a sentence in his second language. He wanted to get our helper's attention to show her something he made with duploes, so he said, "bak bana, bana bak," which is, "look at me, look at me."
